Jason has over 25 years experience as a designer and clinician for high school/college bands, drum corps, winter guards, and indoor drum lines. A former member of The Cavaliers and Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps, Jason is currently an adjudicator for the Central States Judges Association and the US Scholastic Band Association. He is also the Drill designer/Visual coordinator for the 2012 Excelsior Drum and Bugle Corps.
A partial list of past clients include: University of Oregon, Brigham Young University, Gulf Coast Sound Drum & Bugle Corps, Chops Inc. Drum & Bugle Corps (2005 DCA Class A World Champions), and the 2012 Excelsior Drum and Bugle Corps.
Ted Reicher
Ted has been writing and teaching music and drill for competitive bands, drum corps and winter guards for 24 years. Before becoming a fulltime visual designer and music arranger, he was Director of Bands and Chairman of the Music Department at Davenport Central High School in Davenport, IA. Under his direction, the marching band, three concert bands and jazz bands at Central received straight Division I ratings at Iowa High School Music Association Festivals and Central’s Marching Blue Devils were the only band from Iowa to compete in the Bands of America Grand National and Regional Championships.
He has been the visual designer for bands throughout the United States and for eight years served as director, program coordinator and visual designer for the Colt Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps of Dubuque, IA
Ted is an active composer and arranger and maintains a private brass studio for students in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities area. He is active in the Iowa Bandmasters Association and International Trumpet Guild and is sought after as a clinician/consultant for marching bands throughout the Midwest. On the side, he is an avid golfer, carrying a scratch handicap for anyone looking for a good game!
