Who says you can't do Mozart with a marching band! Mozart in Motion brings the classical themes of one of the greatest composers of all time to the field.

We begin with the pre-show of Mozart's very first composition Minuet and Trio in G (K.1) setting the stage for what will be a more nontraditional treatment of Mozart's works. Movement I lets your Clarinet Choir shine as they rip through a flurry of notes from “The Marriage of Figaro”. The band then joins in and you are off with a high energy opener that will bring your audience to its feet!

Movement II continues with a funky treatment of the beautiful Dove Sono from Figaro, featuring Flute and Soprano Sax solos and the battery expanding the front ensemble to create a unique version of one of the Mozart's most beautiful melodies.

Movement III cranks up the energy using the “Dies Irie” from the Requiem. Ample space to feature your front ensemble and battery is provided from the start of this movement. Everything breaks loose as the the full ensemble brings this show to a powerful, fast moving end.
