A major motion picture soundtrack for the gym floor, this is a very open, sharp and aggressive production with rich, thick pit sounds and conversational battery elements. Battery concepts include a high degree of expressive qualities from segment to segment as the journey proceeds through an eerie but wonderful search for enlightenment. This show is light hearted and whimsical as it meanders into a snow storm meaning...  "No School, it's a Snow Day!" additional role playing opportunities include snowball fights, family Holiday celebrations, and...Winter Drumline!  Educational concepts include scale arpeggiations, basic duple and triple subdivisions for both pit and battery, tap verses accents with moderate tempos, drags and rolls along with several extended segment exposures and four mallet marimba opportunities.

Ride the money market roller coaster of Wall Street!  Battery book includes hearty triplet rolls, some sextuplet bass runs, paradiddle-diddles and double stroke 16^ths. The logical rhythmic progressions and attainable segment features make this a great learning tool for the ensemble with an assertive battery. This show sounds flashy and smart, is very attainable and will stretch your battery players in terms of coordination and listening skills as they develop throughout the learning process.

Air, Earth,Water and Fire comprise the four elements that sustain the Earth and are depicted in this four part introductory level show.  Pit and battery parts are logically arranged and very playable. Concert percussion instruments play a substantial role and rudimental technical demands are light enabling the aspiring indoor percussion ensemble a nice launching pad into the activity. Battery exposures are presented in "tutti" form and tempos are moderate - ensuring a high degree of playability.

Tempo creates excitement and dynamic phrasing drives the piece. Pathways is a light but very substantial show with definite educational value. The battery exposures are clear-cut and undeniable throughout. This soundtrack is both intriguing and quirky and will be a big hit with the performers and judges alike.

A very energetic, Caribbean / Latin style cruise on the high seas suddenly pummeled by a brutal storm leaving the passengers and crew shipwrecked.  Shipwrecked is an upper intermediate level production with driving rhythm section including piano, bass, and drumset along with sailing mallet features and burning Latin style shouts. Battery concepts include driving up tempo 16^th note flams, flam taps, paraddidles, quick triplet drags and rolls with several extended segment featurettes for an aggressive hard working battery that wants to push their chops to the next level.

The Burning Sands Grade 3 is designed for the intermediate group with a solid program and that wants to push it to the limit. Music is in a driving  5/4 meter with moderate battery chop exposures and fully orchestrated emotional moments.
